We need your help to protect and empower Durban’s children! At Child Welfare Durban and District (CWDD), every volunteer plays a vital role in our mission. By joining our compassionate community, you contribute to protecting children, supporting families, and building a safer South Africa for everyone.

Whether you can spare an hour, a day, or a few months, your unique skills and care can change a child’s life forever. How to Apply in 3 Simple Steps

1. Complete an Application: Request a form via email at AdminIT@cwdd.org.za or visit our office in person.

2. Orientation: Attend a short training session to learn about our child protection standards.

3. Safety Check: Provide a valid ID and consent to a background check for child safety compliance.
