Share your concerns with us!

Contact CWDD using our Online Report Form below.

If you have concerns about a child’s safety and well-being, including a child in your family, you can use this form to inform CWDD. One of our advisors will decide what action needs to be taken according to the information provided in the form below.

What we need from you

Please say as much as you can about the situation – it will help us take the right action. Tell us the facts that you know, as well as any concerns you have about that child.

Can I remain anonymous?

You can contact the Helpline anonymously if you do not want to tell us who you are. However, it’s really helpful to have your name and contact details, as we may need to contact you for more information in order to protect the child or children that you are concerned about.

It may also help to protect a child if you give permission for us to share those details with the Police or a social worker, or sometimes another agency where necessary, so that they can seek further information from you if they need to.

If you are willing to provide your details, but do not want us to share them with other agencies, please select the ‘no’ option on the form below.
